Deostor Organic is a professional-grade, odour neutraliser specifically formulated to eliminate odours caused by organic waste. It can be applied directly to water-cleanable hard surfaces, carpets, fabrics, and garments, or added to disinfectants and detergents to boost deodorising performance during cleaning.
Powered by advanced Elimotech chemistry, Deostor Organic targets and neutralises mal-odours at a molecular level—rather than simply masking them. It is ideal for use on odours caused by decaying matter, human and animal waste, and other rotting organic materials, leaving behind a fresh, clean scent.

Deostor Organic is ideal for use on odours caused by decaying matter, human and animal waste, and other rotting organic materials, leaving behind a fresh, clean scent.
Deostor Organic is formulated to be applied as a stand-alone treatment or added to disinfectants and wash-down detergents. Ideal for initial knock-down on job entry or/and as an additive to Clean Force, Biosan II or other wash-down detergent for tackling mal-odour molecules during the wash down step.
Deostor Organic is also extremely effectively when applied using a cold/wet fog process.
Additive guide
Deostor Organic can be effectively added to;
- Actichem Clean Force
- Actichem Biosan II
- Most laundry washing detergents
- Actichem Carpet & Upholstery prespray and in-tank solutions.
Do not add to oxidising and chlorine solutions without consulting an Actichem technician.
How to use
Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity to chemicals. Observe all safety directions and read the SDS before use.
Deostor Organic is safe when used as directed.
Dilutions
- Add 20-40ml per litre of water (1:50 – 1:25) dependent on odour conditions.
- Add 40ml per litre of water (1:25) for initial knock-down applications
- Add 10-30ml per litre of ready-to-use restoration solution.
- For severe situations, mix 50ml Deostor Organic + 10ml Deostor Extreme per litre of water.
- For laundering, add 5-10ml per kg of washing.
Application
OPTIONAL – apply initial knock-down solution using a pressure sprayer or by wet/cold fog.
- Physically remove organic waste and decaying matter using professional restoration techniques.
- Add Deostor Organic to Biosan II or wash down solution as per mixing guide above.
- Remediate the affected area using this solution following professional restoration techniques.
Post thermal fogging using Odourtak W Floral can be of benefit as a residual and aerial treatment in restricted access areas such as attics, sub-floors, cupboard interiors, etc. Odourtak W Floral also is highly effective in treating air-borne bacteria, viruses and micro-organisms along with associated mal-odour molecules.
Small localized areas can be effectively treated with Deostor Spray which is likewise highly effective in treating air-borne bacteria, viruses and micro-organisms along with associated mal-odour molecules.
