The success of a high reading Drug Lab Remediation process depends on a prewash based on innovative, purpose built chemistry (not just sugar soap) and a thorough application procedure.
The MethSan PreWash is specifically designed for the maximum removal of stubbornly embedded carbonaceous and oily residues from a variety of substrates. A pre-wash done well means there is reduced residues for the main wash step to tackle, facilitating a significantly higher success rate.
MethSan PreWash is designed to be used as part of the MethSan treatment system where the MethSan + Boost follows on as the main wash.

Application areas and surface suitability

How to use
Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity to chemicals and dye stability.
Dilutions
- Mix 1-part MethSan PreWash with 4-parts water
Eg. Add 4Lt water into the container. Add 1Lt MethSan PreWash.
Application
- Apply the solution to a workable area using a sprayer, sponge or scrubber machine. Do not allow solution to dry onto the surface.
- Agitate and allow 10 – 20 minutes dwell time.
- Re-agitate at the end of the dwell time.
- Rinse surface using clean water.
- Once the surface is no longer “shiny-wet” proceed with the main MethSan treatment.
