Where To Use

• Large-Scale Mould & Flood Remediation: Effectively kills mould, sanitises and cleans areas impacted by mould and water damage, eliminating harmful microorganisms and contaminants. For applications requiring swab testing, a follow up treatment with Biosan II, Percide, or Mould Exterminator may be required.
• Outdoor & Hard Surface Cleaning: DualSan Foam is a great cleaner and provides powerful soil removal for timber decks, outdoor concrete, tiles and stone with the added benefit of leaving a sanitised surface.
• Food Manufacturing & Hospitality: Ideal for cleaning walls, floors, ceilings, and processing equipment in compliance with food safety standards.

Safe and Versatile Application

Suitable for various surfaces, including enamel, ceramic, plastic, metal, stainless steel, vinyl, rubber, and wall tiles. For painted surfaces, particularly vehicle paintwork, conduct a preliminary test before use.

Q. Where does DualSan Foam fit in with Biosan II, Percide and Mould Exterminator.

Its powerful cleaning action is what sets it apart from Biosan II, Percide, and Mould Exterminator. The three key advantages are: 1) superior cleaning power, 2) cost-effective dilution, and 3) foaming action, making it ideal for flood and biocontamination clean-ups where cleaning is a major component of the job.
For straight mould remediation or decontamination, Biosan II, Percide, and Mould Exterminator remain the go-to options. While its disinfectant strength is theoretically moderately stronger than Biosan II, DualSan Foam requires rinsing after use.

Directions For Use

Dilutions

• Light to Medium Duty Cleaning: Dilute 10ml to 30ml / Lt water
• Foam Wash, HD Cleaning & Mould Removal: Dilute 20ml to 40ml / Lt water
  Note: Depending on the foam generator unit used and the water quality, the dilution for foam washing may need to be altered. Start with a dilution of 30ml/Lt and adjust up or down accordingly.

Sanitisation

• Clean & Sanitise: Use at 1:50 (20ml/Lt) or stronger to achieve positive sanitisation when cleaning and sanitising in one step.
• Sanitise Clean Surface: Use at 1:100 (10ml/Lt) or stronger to achieve positive sanitisation on pre-cleaned surfaces
• Mould Remediation & Biodecontamination: Use at 1:32 (30ml/Lt) to achieve a positive mould kill and disinfection.
• Dwell time: Allow 10 minutes for optimal sanitisation efficacy.
