The difference between Intense vs Intense Pro

Intense is our full strength enriching sealer for natural stone, masonry, concrete and cement-based substrates. It is designed to provide this enhanced, darkened appearance even on the most porous substrates without leaving any patchiness even with a single application.

Typical applications for Intense include limestone, travertine, bluestone (basalt), sandstone, slate, pavers and concrete. Some very porous, exfoliated or honed granites and marbles can also be treated with Intense.

However, on very dense substrates such as granite (especially honed or polished), the low porosity of the stone demands a “thinner”, lower actives product.

The Intense Pro is a modified version of the Intense designed specifically for treating dense, low porosity surfaces. The lower actives combined with super penetrating agents enables this sealer to effectively penetrate micropores for high-performance protection and an awesome, enhanced appearance. The residual sealer left on the surface of the stone is also easy to remove, making application success easy to achieve. Typical applications for Intense Pro include granite and marble.
