NeverStrip Densi-Prime

Characteristics

• Single component, shake well before use.
• Do not over apply. Apply thin at 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft per gallon per application.
• One or two coats are typical
• Burnish with NeverStrip Satin Diamond Encrusted Pad™ with either an electric or propane burnisher to achieve an overall higher gloss.
• Typically dries for burnishing or next application in 5-10 minutes
• Use within 12 months of purchase.
• VOCs less than 50 g/L
• Close container tightly after each use.

Coverage

1,250 to 2,500 sq ft per gallon per application depending on the flooring surface porosity.

Surface Preparation

Surface should be clean and free from greases, oils and other contaminants. Surface must be dry at application.

Application

1. Shake well before use.
2. Spray a fine mist with a high-quality sprayer and spread Densi-Prime thinly and evenly to completely cover the surface at a typical spread rate of 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft per gallon per application. Coverage will vary depending on the porosity of the floor and the applicator. One or two applications are typical.
3. Allow Densi-Prime to dry to the touch prior to the next application or burnishing. Generally, 5-10 minutes are needed for product to dry.
4. Do not over apply the product. Apply thin multiple coats. Densi-Prime may not clear up if the material is applied too thick.
5. Do not overwork the product, which may introduce streaking.
6. If a higher final sheen is desired, burnish after Densi-Prime’s final application. For best results, burnish with a NeverStrip Satin Diamond Encrusted Pad with an electric or propane burnisher.
7. Apply NeverStrip Stone, Terrazzo and Concrete Seal as the topcoat.

Removal

Densi-Prime should generally not need to be removed in its normal life cycle. Removal is achieved by: 1) stripping with a conventional floor stripper with butyl or 2) by abrasion with
diamond tooling or NeverStrip EPP Pad and a weighted, oscillating floor machine such as a Square Scrub.
