NeverStrip Rubber Seal is an easy to apply and maintain, sustainable, fast drying, low to no odour, durable, flooring treatment for rubber flooring. It is not an acrylic floor finish or wax. Rubber Seal is based on a micron-thin based coating technology. The product makes it easier to clean and maintain rubber floors. The product provides an attractive life between recoats, less overall coats than competitive products and elimination of stripping.
Rubber Seal forms a clear, micron-thin, flexible film, which does not yellow, crack, peel, blister or flake. The product has superb stain, scratch and abrasion resistance, while providing an attractive coefficient of friction, wet or dry.

Surface Preparation
Clean with NeverStrip Deep Clean and green scrubbing pad
- Remove any floor finish or sealer
- Surface must be dry before applying Rubber Seal
- All surfaces not to be coated should be protected with tape or plastic
Application
Shake prior to application (single component, no mixing, no pot life).
Apply with a high quality, looped microfibre pad
Wet the microfibre pad with product (not soaked or dry).
Rubber Seal is applied, as follows:
- Apply the product onto a looped microfiber pad and spread it evenly over 1.62 m2Â sections (180cm x 90cm).
- Spray product onto the pad or floor and spread the product evenly by section.

Do not over apply the product! Do not overwork the product!
Rubber Seal is applied thinner than conventional floor finish. Product dries rapidly. The microfiber pad should glide easily across the floor. The microfiber pad should not drag! A microfiber pad that drags may introduce streaking or a less desired appearance.
Coverage per coat per quart depends on factors including:
1) porosity of the floor, and 2) the person applying the product. Coverage 93 to 1,16 m2 per application per application is typical.
Rubber Seal naturally provides a medium or satin sheen.
Burnishing
NeverStrip does not recommend burnishing of Rubber Seal on rubber floors.
Clean Up
Clean skin with soap and water.
