Biosan II is a hospital-grade disinfectant and cleaner designed for use in a wide variety of high-risk environments. It is effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens including viruses, bacteria, fungi, mould, and mildew.

The Process

  1. Prespray

    Prespray the mattress using with Biosan II at 1:40 dilution ratio.

  2. Dwell

    Allow 20 minutes reaction time for the solution to penetrate.

  3. Extract

    Extract with Rinse Pro or Extracta Pro to remove residues.

  4. For stubborn stains, apply Spotaway U, brush it in, and allow time for the stain to fade. Note: It might take a couple of hours for significant staining to fade.

  • To achieve a faster reaction is required to remove staining, allow 20 minutes reaction time and then extract again with Extracta Pro or Emulsifier Plus.
